View and manage date-based data on a visual calendar.

Calendar overview

The Calendar page gives you a cross-board calendar view of all date-based data. It pulls records from boards that have date fields and displays them on a unified calendar.

You can also use calendar views within individual boards for a board-specific timeline.

Using the calendar

•Navigate — Use the arrows to move between months, weeks, or days

•Switch views — Toggle between month, week, and day views

•Click events — Click any event to see its details and navigate to the source board

•Drag to reschedule — Drag events to change their dates (updates the source record)

The calendar works best when your boards have clearly named date fields like "Due Date", "Start Date", or "Event Date".

Calendar sources

The calendar automatically finds records from boards with date fields across your workspaces. Records appear as events using:

•The record's title field as the event name

•The date field for positioning on the calendar

•The status field for color coding

You can filter which boards appear in the calendar view.
