My Work

See all your assigned tasks in one place, across every board.

What is My Work?

My Work is your personal task hub. It aggregates all records assigned to you across every workspace, base, and board into a single prioritized list.

No more switching between boards to find what you need to work on next.

How assignment works

My Work finds your tasks by looking at User Reference fields with the Assignee intent.

To set this up:

Add a User Reference field

Add a field with type "User Reference" to your board.

Set the Assignee intent

In the field settings, set the intent to "Assignee".

Assign records

Select a user in the User Reference field for each record.

That's it — assigned records automatically appear in each user's My Work view.

You can also set up a Status field with a "Done" intent so completed tasks can be hidden in My Work.

Hide completed — Toggle to show or hide done tasks
Due dates and priorities — Overdue tasks are highlighted in red
