Views
See your data in Grid, Kanban, or Calendar format.
What are views?
Views are different ways to look at the same underlying data. Each board can have multiple views. Changing data in one view updates it everywhere.
Views save their own:
•Filters — Which records are shown
•Sorts — The order of records
•Field visibility — Which columns are shown or hidden
•Grouping — How records are grouped
Grid view
The default view. A spreadsheet-style table where you can:
•Click any cell to edit it inline
•Drag column headers to reorder fields
•Resize columns by dragging the header border
•Sort by clicking column headers
•Use keyboard navigation (Tab, Enter, Arrow keys)
The grid view is best for data entry, bulk editing, and seeing many records at once.
Kanban view
Organize records as cards in columns, grouped by a Select field (like Status).
•Drag cards between columns to update the grouping field
•Click a card to open the record detail
•Customize which fields appear on the card
Kanban is perfect for workflow-based boards like task tracking, approval pipelines, or hiring stages.
Calendar view
Plot records on a calendar based on a date field.
•Switch between month, week, and day views
•Drag events to reschedule (updates the date field)
•Color-code by status or category
•Click a date to create a new record
Calendar view works with any board that has at least one date field.
